General Notes
Each accepted conference paper requires a full registration.
Full Registration Fee
Includes:
- all conference sessions,
- all workshop sessions,
- lunch and coffee breaks (Wednesday to Friday),
- the welcome reception on Tuesday evening,
- the conference dinner on Thursday,
- one copy of the conference proceedings.
Student Fee:
Includes:
- all conference sessions,
- all workshop sessions,
- lunch and coffee breaks (Wednesday to Friday),
- the welcome reception on Tuesday evening,
- the conference dinner on Thursday,
- one copy of the conference proceedings.
Note: When registering as student, the (PhD) student status has to be verified by sending a scanned copy of either a student card or a confirmation letter from the university, within one week after registration to esocc2017@ifi.uio.no.
Workshop Fees
Includes:
- all workshops on Wednesday,
- lunch and coffee breaks on Wednesday,
- the welcome reception on Tuesday evening.
Accompanying person
All accompanying people are invited to the welcome reception on Tuesday evening in the beautiful town hall of Oslo.
Extra tickets for the banquet on Thursday are instead available at a cost of 1200 NOK.

If you need an invitation letter to apply for a visa, please send an email to esocc2017@ifi.uio.no.
Please note that such a letter can only be issued after your registration has been completed and your payment has been received. When sending your request, please specify your full name, your full address, and the way you want the letter to be transmitted (e.g., regular mail or email).
